Who is an urbanSenior

An urbanSenior is a person with plans for the future and has many productive years  ahead.

They enjoy life and generally don’t like being told what to do, or when to do it.  An urbanSenior likes being where the action is, and hopes to be a part of it.  They push themselves and understand that good health is earned, even when the price is high.  When others stay safely back, urbanSeniors will take a chance.

There are many leaders among them, and they continue to be involved in their communities.  The current generation of parents and seniors have been activists.  They see themselves as involved and engaged in the activities and policy of their surroundings.  An urbanSenior can often be found in this role well into their 80’s or even 90’s.  This ongoing community involvement is a fun thing to watch, it is a good thing for the residents we attract and it is a good thing for the business districts and community organizations they support.
